The choice of cable type has a lot to do with the reliability, safety, and economical rationality of the power supply.
1. The level difference of the actual laying location of the cable should be compatible with the level of laying allowed for the specified cable.
2. The cable shall have conductors of sufficient cross-section for protective earthing.
3. It is forbidden to use aluminum-clad cables.
4. Flame-retardant cables that have passed the inspection and obtained the safety signs of coal mining products must be selected.
5. The cross-section of the main core of the cable should meet the requirements of the load of the power supply line.
6. Requirements for fixed laying high voltage cables:
(1) In the shaft of the vertical shaft or the inclined angle of 45 or more, PVC insulated thick steel wire sheathed PVC sheathed power cable, XLPE insulated thick steel wire armored PVC sheathed power shall be used.
(2) In the roadway with horizontal roadway or inclination angle below 45, PVC insulated steel strip or thin steel wire armored PVC sheathed power cable, crosslinked ethylene steel strip, or fine steel wire armored PVC should be used. Sheathed power cable.
(3) Aluminum core cables may be used between the inlet inclined shaft, the bottom hole yard, and its vicinity, and between the central substation and the substation of the mining area; copper core cables must be used at other locations.
(4) For fixed-voltage low-voltage cables, Mw armored or unarmored cables or mobile rubber flexible cables of corresponding voltage grades shall be used.
(5) For high and low-voltage cables that are not fixedly laid, rubber-sheathed flexible cables complying with the Mr818 standard must be used.
Special rubber cables should be used for mobile and handheld electrical equipment.
(6) Cables for lighting, communication, signal, and control shall be armored with a communication cable, rubber cable, or M, factory, and factory plastic cable.
(7) The aluminum core should not be used for the low-voltage cable, and the aluminum core is strictly forbidden for the low-voltage cable in the mining area.
Cable section selection
Cable section selection includes the selection of high-voltage cable sections and a selection of low-voltage cable sections, with a choice of low-voltage cable sections.
Generally, the low-voltage power supply lines in the mining area are relatively long, and during the operation.
The current flowing through the cable will generate a voltage drop and generate heat. In order to ensure the normal operation of the cable and motor, the following four principles should be observed when selecting the cable cross-section:
(1) When the cable is in normal operation, its actual temperature rise should not exceed the maximum temperature rise allowed by the insulation.
(2) Select according to the allowable voltage loss when the cable line is working.
(3) The cable cross section should be selected to meet the mechanical strength requirements.
My cable refers to the ground equipment used in the coal mining industry and the wire and cable products used in underground equipment.
These include coal mining machines, transport aircraft, communications, lighting, and signal equipment cables, as well as electric drill cables, cap light wires, and power cables for downhole mobile substations.
