The higher the polymerizability (molecular weight) of PVC, the higher the tensile strength, impact strength and elastic modulus of the product, the better the heat and cold resistance; but the melt flowability and plasticity decrease, the processing temperature is increased. The results show that PVC resin with a polymerization degree of about 1000 ~ 1300 (loose type, K value of 60 ~ 75) is suitable for the preparation of cable material.
The choice of environment - friendly stabilizer
PVC resin on the thermally unstable, when the temperature of more than 90 ℃ when it began to break down, the temperature is higher than 120 ℃ will be significantly decomposed, release a lot of hydrogen chloride (HCl) gas, with the increase in the amount of HCl, the color gradually deepened. So do not join the stabilizer of pure PVC resin can not be processed and applied.
