Recently, the JDR cable gains a major umbilical cable contract for 11 oil and gas wells in India's western offshore project. The contract was awarded by Cameron on behalf of the Indian Oil and Gas Company.

The JDR cable will also provide 11 umbrella cable project management, construction and manufacturing, as well as supply of submarine terminals and accessories.

The umbilical cable will be manufactured at JDR Cable, a leading factory in Hartlepool, UK, and is expected to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2017.
