In tray, trough and conduit or for direct burial in free draining soil, water or inside duct where no mechanical damage is to be expected. Power cable for utilities medium voltage underground distribution systems and in commercial buildings, industrial plants, power stations and substations. 

For rated voltages U0/U(Um): 6/10(12) kV; 12/20(24) kV or 18/30(36) kV at maximum conductor temperatures of 90 °C for continuous normal operation and 250 °C for short circuit.

Standards -Conforms to DIN VDE 0276-620 Standard (VDE 0276

Teil 620) for the types : N2XSY, NA2XSY and N2XS(F)2Y; NA2XS(F)2Y and , N2XS(FL)2Y; NA2XS(FL)2Y.

Constructions :

A copper or aluminum compacted circular conductor has a triple single head extruded smooth conductor screen, XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) insulation and bonded insulation screen, all dry nitrogen cured; metal screen made of solid bare copper wires uniformly spaced around the cable and a counter helix copper tape; surface printed black PE or red PVC over sheath is extruded over all. 

When required: Longitudinally water blocked screen region on PE sheathed cable. Radial water blocked screen region (an aluminum tape (0.2 mm thickness) copolymer one side coated shall be applied over the metallic screen and shall be bonded to the PE outer sheath.

Packaging -Standard supply lengths are given in the tables hereunder. Other lengths or cut to length are available upon request.
