Features of Silicone Rubber Insulated Computer Cables

Silicon rubber insulated silicon rubber sheathed aluminum tape (aluminum plastic composite tape) shielded computer cable (DJGGP3) is a high temperature resistant computer cable under the electrical equipment cable classification.

Characteristics

1. Conductor long-term working temperature is 180 °C.

2. The cable has a good high temperature resistance, cold resistance and radial penetration resistance.

3. The minimum temperature during construction shall not be lower than -10°C. 

The minimum ambient temperature allowed for the long-term working temperature after the fixed laying shall not be lower than -60°C. 

The cold-formulated sheathing material may also be used according to the user's demand, after the fixed laying. 

The minimum ambient temperature allowed for long-term work should not be lower than -30°C.

4. The minimum allowable bending radius of the cable: it should not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable.

5. Due to the use of a silicone rubber sheath, although it can produce high-temperature cables with a larger outer diameter.

The silicone rubber sheath has poor mechanical properties, is not resistant to wear, is susceptible to acids, alkalis, and oils (except for animal and vegetable oils) and organic solvents. 

Corrosion of other chemical substances, users should avoid using this product in these environments.

6. Inherent flame-retardant properties of silicone rubber are common and bundled flame-retardant properties are difficult to achieve in class A.
