1 Copper core lead-free PVC insulated green cable
2 Copper core halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant polyolefin insulated green cable
3 Copper core halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant cross-linked polyolefin insulated green cable
Raw materials entering the factory inspection.
The materials used in the three types of environmentally friendly cables are lead-free 70 ° C PVC insulation.
Thermoplastic low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin insulation and radiation cross-linked low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin insulation.
A lead-free 70°C PVC insulation or sheathing material.
The material needs to be tested for the content of six heavy metals (lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyl, polybrominated diphenyl ether) contained in the plant.
The equipment used is the ROHS tester, and the test data are in compliance with the requirements of the EU ROHS Directive “Restrictions on the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment”.
See Table 1 below for details of the mechanical, physical and electrical properties of this material.
It complies with the provisions of GB/T8815-2002 "Soft PVC Plastics for Wire and Cable".
