Rubber cable VDE standards includes the following types:

1. H01N2-D/H01N2-E: Rubber sheathed single core welding cable of normal flexibility grade

Standards: HD 22.6 S2/ DIN VDE 0282 part 6/ IEC 60245-6

Cable of normal flexibility grade, used as high voltage insulated conductor from electrical welding machine to electrodes, i.e. as earth connection. In addition to hand welding, it can be also applied in automobile industry, shipbuilding, transport systems, production lines, tool manufacturing, welding robots. 

These cables retain their high flexibility also under the influence of ozone, light, oxygen, protective gases, oils and gasoline. Due to their robust construction, they are also resistant to cold, same as to heat and fire. Suitable for outdoor use, but also in dry and damp conditions.

2. H05RR-F: Light rubber sheathed and insulated flexible cable

Standards: HRN HD 22.4 S3/ IEC 60245-4/ DIN VDE 0282 part 4

Light rubber cable, used for easy-duty and medium mechanical loads in dry areas. Suitable for household, kitchens, offices and workshops (for inst. tailoring) for smaller electrical devices (washing-machines, vacuum-cleaners, irons, household appliances, soldering sets etc.) and mobile devices operating in heavier conditions, such as light industrial and agricultural machines. Not suitable for permanent outdoor use. Ozone-resistant, allowed contact with oils and greases.

3. H07RN-F: Heavy rubber sheathed and rubber insulated flexible cable

Standards: HRN HD 22.4 S3/ IEC 60245-4/ DIN VDE 0282 part 4

Used for medium and heavy mechanical loads, in dry and wet areas, also outdoor. Could be installed under or on plaster, in rocks, concrete, but not in pre-stressed concrete. Cable suitable for fixed industrial and home installation, for operating conditions with possible fire or explosion hazard, for mobile energy users, machine tools and agricultural machines, for construction sites at medium mechanical loads, for large kettles, heating plates, hand lamps, electrical tools such as drills, circular saws and electrical tools for household use, same as for mobile engines or machines on construction sites and craftsman i.e. agricultural plants. 

Permitted fixed laying on crane and machine elements etc. Permitted voltages up to 1000V AC at protected laying in tubes or devices, and as connecting rotor cable for engines. Also suitable for cooling installations. Resistant to oil, ozone and UV irradiation.

4. NSSHou: Rubber insulated and sheathed cable for heavier mechanical loads and mines

Standards: DIN VDE 0250 part 812

Cable for connection of electrical devices, machines and tools in conditions of heavy mechanical loads, in dry and damp inner and external areas and extreme conditions, for inst. mines (free of methane), construction sites, quarries, industry. Also suitable for fixed installation on wall surface. Long lifetime due to resistance to heat, water, ozone, impacts, crushing, friction, oils and greases.

5. NSGAFou: Special rubber insulated and sheathed single core power cable 1,8/3 kV

Standards: DIN VDE 0250 part 602

Special-purpose power cable. Suitable for installation in rail vehicles (tram, railway) and omnibuses as protection against short circuit and for earth connection. In distribution devices and in network distribution for low voltages up to 1000 V used as protection in short circuit conditions. Suitable for installation in dry areas in tubes and closed installation conduits. Resistant to most oils and greases.

6. H05RNH2-F: Flat rubber sheathed cable for decorative lighting

Standards: HD 22.8 S1/ DIN VDE 0282 part 604/ IEC 60245 58f

Flexible flat cable with poly-chloroprene sheath for decorative lighting. Suitable for use in dry, damp or wet areas, same as outdoor, as insulated conductor for lighting fixtures on squares, in gardens and similar.
