3.1 The outer diameter of the conductor core is tested by a micrometer or calipers. The test method shall conform to GB/T 4909.2. Test the number of strands and construction in the core end by eyesight.
3.2 Thermal extension process conforms to Part 9, GB/T 2951.21-2008.
3.3 The thickness of insulation is tested by a projector, conform to GB/T 2951.21-2008.
3.4 Outer diameter of insulation is tested by micrometer or calipers or projector, conforming to GB/T 2951.11
3.5 Marking is tested by eyesight, the max. Distance between markings is tested by tape measure with an accuracy of 1mm or ruler.
3.6 The proportion of green / yellow cover is tested by eyesight.
3.7 The surface quality of insulation is tested by eyesight
