The Outer diameter and strands of the conductor core shall conform to relevant requirements in technical documents.
The average thickness of insulation shall not be less than the nominal thickness required in technical data, the maximum average thickness shall not exceed 10% of the nominal thickness, with a minimum thickness not less than 90%--0.1mm of nominal thickness.
If for the products whose outer diameter of insulation is regulated in technical documents on its range, the average max. diameter shall comply with the requirement in technical documents. However, for other products whose data is only for reference and is not a constraint, however, it shall not exceed 10% of the given data.
The insulated core shall withstand the spark test requested in relevant technical documents or Table 1.
For green/yellow insulation core, one color takes up 30-70% of insulation color, the rest is the other color and keep the same in whole length core.
6.1 Insulation shall be closely extruded on conductor and Strippable but not to damage the insulation itself.
6.2 The surface of insulation shall be smooth, clean, and in uniform color, with no defects like Indentation, bubbles, or impurities that affect the effective thickness of insulation.
